Giorgos Tsoulis

Chef Giorgos Tsoulis is one of the most beloved and acclaimed young Chefs in Greece.
He specializes in modern Mediterranean cuisine and over the past fifteen years he has a strong presence in the culinary industry, as an Executive Chef and as a Consulting Chef, for restaurants in Greece and abroad.

His childhood memories and sense of flavors from his village, Amaliada, as well his dad’s pizza house, follow him throughout his life and have always helped him evolve. From the first moment he stepped into the professional kitchen of the culinary arts school, his connection with the world of cooking was instant and forever changed the way he saw things around him along with his future ahead. He has always been intrigued by the kitchen environment, as that is the place where he feels at home, always evolving and excelling, aiming for the top. From his very first working years, at the age of nineteen, he won a Michelin star, together with the team he was working with at Hytra restaurant.

The Chef has shared his culinary skills on camera for some of the most popular TV shows in Greece and Cyprus. He has been widely loved by the Greek audience, as well as internationally, not only for his delicious recipes, but also for his unique temperament and charismatic communication skills. He has a passion for educating the audience on how to cook and eat in a more sustainable and healthy manner, while maintaining full flavor in their recipes. His first travel-cookbook, titled” Ma-Gireuontas”, is out by Psichogios publications, focusing on creating traditional recipes with the Chefs’ unique modern style, using local and seasonal produce across Greece, for a more sustainable way of cooking.

International brands and organizations favor him as their top choice for sponsorships and ambassador collaborations. His professionalism has always been based on discipline, hard work and an endless urge to innovate and create.
Giorgos Tsoulis represented Greece in the EU #TasteTheOcean campaign along with other top Chefs across Europe, aiming to encourage consumers to buy and enjoy sustainable fish and seafood. He was also chosen by WWF Hellas as the Greek ambassador for sustainable cuisine, playing a key role in cooking activations related to the European #Eat4Change and #Farm2Fork programs.

He has won the “Chef of the Year” award twice and has been honored as “Worldwide Ambassador for Greek Gastronomy”.
